Boycotting Israeli Apartheid - Q&A Session

Tuesday, 12 March, 2013 - 19:30

As with South African apartheid, boycott is a means for the international community to support those who are oppressed and seeking justice - in this case Palestinians who still have no country and suffer continuous Israeli control. If you want to learn more about how to use this non-violent method more effectively, bring your queries and thoughts to this discussion session for supporters of Palestinians' rights to self-determination.

Panel members:
Ben White, freelance journalist, activist, and author of 'Israeli Apartheid: A Beginner's Guide' (2009, Pluto Press), and 'Palestinians in Israel: segregation, Discrimination and Democracy' (Pluto Press, 2012)

Phyllis Starkey, Labour MP 1997-2010, Chair of All-Party Palestine Group, now Trustee of Medical Aid for Palestinians, Senior Associate at St Antony's College Oxford University

Meeting organised by Oxford Palestine Solidarity Campaign.
